Delete Your Masterki Account

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

If you have the Masterki Android app installed and can sign in:

Open Masterki and sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is verified by your signed-in session, so only you can delete your own account this way. Deletion happens immediately and signs you out of the device.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app (for example, you've uninstalled it or can't sign in), email harobrien@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Masterki account and ask us to delete it. To confirm you own the account, we may reply asking you to verify ownership (for example, by signing in one more time, or by confirming details only the account holder would know) before we delete it. We process email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your Masterki sign-in, your subscription/entitlement record, your usage and quota history, and your Play Integrity verification history from our servers. AI request logs kept for debugging are stripped of any link to your account rather than deleted outright, since they're an operational log, not account data, once your identity is removed from them.

What's kept, and for how long

Cards, decks, and review history you created are stored locally on your device inside AnkiDroid's storage, not on Masterki's servers, so account deletion does not remove them — uninstalling the app or clearing AnkiDroid's data does. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics that can no longer be tied to your account may be retained indefinitely for product analytics. Anonymized AI request logs (see above) are retained for up to 90 days for debugging before automatic rotation deletes them.
